CIPP lining is TrenchX’s most widely used trenchless rehabilitation method. We insert a flexible, resin-saturated liner through an existing access point and inflate it directly against the interior pipe wall. Once positioned, the liner is cured using UV light or ambient heat, hardening into a tight-fitting, jointless pipe within a pipe that fully restores structural integrity and flow.

Effective on pipe diameters from 2 to 48 inches and runs up to 600 feet, CIPP works across virtually every pipe material — clay, cast iron, concrete, PVC, and orangeburg. From residential sewer laterals and stormwater lines to sewer mains and vertical stacks in high-rises, it seals cracks, eliminates root entry points, and resists corrosion for 50 or more years of reliable service.
