The water temperature is monitored and controlled throughout the cure cycle to ensure consistent polymerization across the full liner length, including long runs and larger diameters where UV light trains may not be practical.

Hot water curing is compatible with a wide range of resin systems, works effectively in all weather conditions, and is particularly well-suited to sewer mains, stormwater pipes, and large-diameter municipal infrastructure where liner lengths or diameters exceed the practical range of light-based curing equipment.
