Aging brick-and-mortar and concrete manholes develop cracks, eroded surfaces, and failed joint sealants that allow groundwater to infiltrate in wet weather — overwhelming sewer systems with clean water that has no business in the treatment process. TrenchX rehabilitates deteriorated manholes using cementitious spray lining, structural epoxy coating, and CIPP manhole liners matched to each structure’s condition and the utility’s performance requirements.

All work is performed from inside the manhole barrel and cone: active infiltration points are grouted before lining, and vacuum or pressure testing confirms full watertightness on completion.
