UV-cured lining uses a resin system formulated to polymerize in response to ultraviolet light rather than heat. A UV light train is pulled through the inflated liner at a precisely controlled speed, initiating and completing cure in 20 to 90 minutes — three to five times faster than steam-cure methods. The controlled cure front produces highly consistent liner properties, eliminates the exothermic runaway risk associated with heat curing, and performs reliably across a wide range of ambient temperatures.
