Core Services
Our core plumbing services focus on the essential systems that keep your commercial building running, day in, day out. From rapid-response repairs to seamless installations, we handle the critical components that form the backbone of your infrastructure.
- Hydro-Jetting & Cleaning: High-pressure water jets scour pipes clean of grease, scale, root mass, and sediment — no chemicals, no excavation.
- Cured-In-Place Pipe (CIPP) Lining: A resin-saturated liner is inserted, inflated against the pipe wall, and cured in place to form a seamless new pipe within the old one.
- Pipe Bursting & Replacement: A hydraulic bursting head fractures the failing pipe outward while simultaneously pulling a new HDPE pipe into the same alignment.
- Epoxy Pipe Coating: Two-part epoxy is spray-applied to the pipe's inner wall, sealing corrosion and pinhole leaks while restoring flow and protecting water quality.
- Sewer Inspections: HD CCTV crawlers and sonar perform NASSCO PACP-coded inspections of mains, laterals, and storm drains, producing video reports accepted by municipalities and insurers.
Specialized Solutions
For buildings with complex plumbing needs, our specialized services cover advanced systems and techniques that go beyond routine maintenance. We bring technical precision and industry-specific expertise to every job.
- Root Removal: Hydro-jetting and robotic cutters clear root intrusions from the full pipe bore, with lining or spot repair to seal entry points and prevent re-establishment.
- Patch Lining: A robotic packer positions a resin-saturated liner precisely over an isolated crack or failed joint and cures it in place — no full lining project required.
- Inversion Lining: The liner is turned inside-out as it's pushed into the pipe under pressure, ensuring consistent wall contact through bends and complex runs before curing.
- UV Curing: A UV light train pulled through the inflated liner completes cure in 20 to 90 minutes — faster, more consistent, and temperature-independent versus heat-cure methods.
- Hot Water Curing: Heated water circulates through the installed liner to drive a controlled, monitored cure — the proven method for long runs and large-diameter pipes.
- Manhole Rehabilitation: Spray lining, structural epoxy, or CIPP liners are applied from inside the structure to seal infiltration and restore concrete without excavating the manhole.
- Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD): A steerable drill bores a precise path beneath roads, rivers, and structures, then pulls new pipe into position with no surface disruption along the crossing.
- 2"–8" No-Dig Pipe Repair: CIPP lining, patch lining, and epoxy coating for residential and small-diameter lines, accessed through existing cleanouts with no damage to driveways or landscaping.
- 12"–36" No-Dig Pipe Repair: Large-diameter CIPP, pipe bursting, and slip lining for municipal mains, stormwater culverts, and trunk lines — rehabilitated from manholes, not open trenches.
Prevention and Compliance
Proactive care and regulatory compliance are essential for long-term efficiency and peace of mind. Our preventive services help avoid costly downtime, extend system life, and keep your building inspection-ready.
- Sanitary Sewer Inspections: Full CCTV and sonar inspection with NASSCO PACP defect coding, producing compliance-ready reports for regulators, asset managers, and capital planners.
- Preventive Maintenance: Scheduled inspection, hydro-jetting, and condition monitoring programs that catch defects early and eliminate the cost of reactive emergency repairs.
- Leak Detection and Sealing: Acoustic correlation, thermal imaging, and tracer gas pinpoint leaks through concrete and soil, followed by internal sealing or lining without excavation.
- Compliance Consulting: Infrastructure assessment against EPA and local regulatory requirements, with prioritized remediation plans, audit documentation, and capital planning support.
- Environmental Impact Assessments: Inspection data, flow monitoring, and regulatory review identify where pipe failure creates environmental risk — paired with a remediation program.
